Tina Bryan
Bar Manager
Tina Bryan, originally from Germany studied the art of cocktail making at the American Cocktail College. After graduating, Tina went onto work at a number of leading hotels and restaurants in Europe, including the Intercontinental Berlin, Claridge’s Hotel London and Maze by Gordon Ramsay.
Tina made the move to Melbourne in January 2010, taking up the position of Bar Manager at the exclusive InterContinental Hotel The Rialto. From here Tina went on to manage NOBU Melbourne at Crown and Guy Grossi’s coveted restaurant Grossi Florentino.
Tina has joined the team as The Atlantic and The Den Bar Manager and master of mixology!
