Now available across two evenings, Tuesday 26 May and Wednesday 27 May (sold out), this exclusive experience celebrates the dishes that have defined The Atlantic over the years.
The evening features a five-course menu of signature favourites. Guests may choose to begin with a Champagne & Canapé Hour, or join us directly for the seated dining experience.
From ice to plate, the experience is yours to shape. Select from our daily seafood display – fresh whole fish, bugs, prawns, scallops and more – and allow our kitchen to transform your selection into a one-of-a-kind hot seafood platter, celebrating the very best of The Atlantic.
